Recently, the BIGHOLIDAY website was "hacked" twice in a row, and when I accessed the website,

503 error

It was a type of attack that brought down the server by massive access, but it was actually a system rewrite that made it appear as if it was a server crash, but instead displayed this page.

Furthermore, apart from the hacking, we were also subjected to negative SEO (an attack that intentionally lowers our Google search rankings), so this bastard is going to come at us head on and fight us fair and square!!!

Hello, I'm Totti, the owner of Positive. I was so happy when I realized that my server password was too easy and had been breached!

I changed my password to something really difficult so it's fine now.

Just as one disaster has passed, another one has appeared. The day after tomorrow, Miyakojima will be hit directly by a typhoon. There are so many disasters!!! I wonder if the roof will fly away!!!

The clearest time of the year is autumn

Highly transparent sea

Visibility is 30m! It's not at its peak yet, and the timing and locations of the tide are limited, but the clear water is starting to come out!

By the way, the guide will announce the visibility in the log. Do you know what they use to measure it? You know it's not a tape measure.

Actually, the size of the boat is used as a guide. Blenz 2 is 15m, so if you can see two boats, it's about 30m! Please take a look.

One of the three major points of Miyakojima: "Antoni Gaudi"

Gaudi is located at the tip of a reef deep offshore, but just before Gaudi there is a gentle, sloping rock face, and there are not many places with many fish.

Along the way, you will be swimming and warping through the middle layers of shallow water, but when the visibility is good, even this situation is pleasant.

Approaching Antonio Gaudi

It's as if they are flying in the sky, like migratory birds flying in formation heading for that spot.

It is quite difficult to swim in the mid-water like this at the same height as the guide, and even advanced divers will sink if they do not constantly pay attention to the guide's height.

Use your BC appropriately and keep your swimming posture horizontal, not vertical! If you are overweight, your feet will sink, and if there is not enough air in your BC, you will sink rapidly.

After this, you will reach a depth of over 30m, so if you get out of breath here, it will affect you later. Your guide will carefully teach you the tricks on site, so if you put in the effort, you will be able to swim beautifully in the middle layer!

As I swam smoothly through the middle layer like that,

Miyakojima Diving Antonio Gaudi

Anyone can see that this is Gaudi's work, and the impact is so great that it is undeniable. Before entering, the moment when the whole view spreads out before your eyes is incredibly exciting.

Because no one has ever seen anything like this before, right?

This shape is probably the only one of its kind in the world. Gaudi is waiting with his mouth wide open.

Why did Antonio Gaudi's buildings have this shape?

Miyakojima Diving Spot: Antonio Gaudi

The answer is spring water.

An enormous amount of spring water gushes out from a corner at the deepest point, 35m, and especially during spring tides, it feels like the water is being released in a volume that is like a river.

The Ryukyu limestone that forms the bottom of the ocean dissolves easily in fresh water, so there are caves where the water springs up.

And don't be surprised! There was a theory in the past that "everything Gaudi did was above ground." What this means is that it has been scientifically proven that the water level has risen and fallen over the course of countless years.

The statement that "Ryukyu limestone is easily soluble in fresh water" is based on the premise that this is the case "on land" and that it does not dissolve in water.

What this means is that as the sea level drops and the top of Gaudi emerges from the water, a small hole appears, and as the sea level drops further and more of Gaudi is exposed to land, the hole becomes even larger, and the water outlet splits into two or three branches.

Finally, when we reached the deepest part of the current Gaudi on land, the deepest area and the lowest hole were created.

That's what it means.

This means that in a few thousand years, the sea level may drop even further, and Gaudi's two-story building may become a three-story structure. That's romantic.

It's also great that the setting is linked to the original, unfinished Sagrada Familia.

Terrain diving is a journey through history. The beauty of the formations has been created over a long, long period of time, making our worries seem insignificant. The terrain is amazing!!

That's how I tackled the big spots today. If you're looking for a topographical spot, leave it to us, a diving specialist!

We will show you the real terrain.
