Background and reasons
Hello everyone. I'm Totty, the CEO of BIGHOLIDAY.
Our Miyakojima Fun Diving Specialty Shop, BIGHOLIDAY, has decided to renew in 2024 as a "Miyakojima Fun Diving Specialty Shop with Participating Divers with Over 30 dives."
The diving sites in Miyakojima are very impressive, but at the same time, they are also quite difficult, in order to enjoy them safely and fullest, it is essential that you have a certain level of skill and patient. However, we had a situation which sometimes there are big gap of customers skill’s level in a team, so we have decided to set participation conditions in order to improve the quality of our service.
By ensuring that the level of participating customers is mostly same, we are able to select even more attractive diving sites and consistently provide an exciting experience.
However, we will continue to provide support and advice to those who are unsure about their skills. As a diving shop, we will do our best to ensure that everyone who participates us can enjoy the diving here to the fullest, so we appreciate your understanding.
