Hello, this is Totty, a familiar face on YouTube! At BIGHOLIDAY, our staff and I, we want to be the best diving shop that exceeds your expectations. We will provide you with an amazing experience at the world's best geography points, and at the super points that only a fun diving specialist can offer!

Although I can't meet you on board, I'm communicating with you directly via email and phone! I always try to provide as detailed and easy-to-understand instructions as possible so that you can enjoy your dive comfortably. I'm in charge of preparing the commemorative dive gifts, so look forward to them!

The happiest and most enjoyable moment is when I can share the excitement and attraction of the ocean with someone! And I think the most important thing in the process of getting there is "hospitality on the boat" and "communication" with customers. I will do my best to provide our hospitality!

The deeper you dive into the ocean of Miyakojima, the more new discoveries you will make! I thought, "Now I want to be the one to spread the amazingness about this ocean," and so I decided to become a diving guide.
