If any of the items apply to you, you may be asked to submit a medical certificate from a doctor. If any of the items apply to you or if you have any questions about your health condition, please be sure to contact us in advance.
If you are found to have any of the following conditions on the day of the event, or if you have any of the following conditions but do not have a doctor's certificate, we will refuse your participation. Please note that in this case, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
