Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason after it has been confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Our shop operates with a small number of reservations, and once we reach capacity, we will refuse reservations from other customers. Thank you for your understanding.

Participation criteria
| Participation criteria | You have a diving certification and have more than 30 logged dives. Minors must have a signed consent form from their legal guardian. For those aged 60 and over, in addition to submitting a doctor's certificate, they must be "independent divers with less than a year and a half of experience, with over 100 dives under their belt, and with no concerns about their skills or physical strength for recreational diving." |

For those who wish to send their diving equipment in advance
If you would like to send your diving equipment in advance, please send it to the address below. We recommend that you send it with plenty of time. You will often be asked to fill out the contents of the package when sending, so it will go smoothly if you fill it out in advance. We will prepare the equipment you have sent on the day of diving.

About the equipment delivery service
After your final dive on the boat, We will take your equipments to our shop, then wash, dry and pack it. We send it with cash on delivery by Japan Post office service.
About free pick-up and drop

Fun diving on the day of arrival
For flights arriving between 8am and 9am, please meet us at the port by taxi and you will be able to join us from the regular departure time. We are currently unable to accept reservations for diving after arrival for flights after that time.
