At BIGHOLIDAY, we select dive sites based on your requests.
We believe that requests in diving are a kind of "declaration of aspirations."

Miyakojima has many beautiful dive sites, including famous geographical locations such as the "Devil's Palace," "Antonio Gaudi," and "Street Pond," and we receive requests from customers almost every day.

It is our pleasure to be able to share in the moving moments when our customers encounter their dreams at the places we take them.

  • Information sharing among staff

    Instead of the traditional paper passenger list, we have introduced a unique system that allows the list to be viewed on smartphones, so that the captain and staff can check the requests that customers have filled out in the reservation form, anytime, anywhere. Each staff member directly views the information received from customers, preventing communication errors and working steadily every day.

  • Designated guide system

    Our shop uses a "designated guide system" to provide the best personalized experience possible. Each guide keeps abreast of the requests of their assigned guests, plans dive routes according to the guests' level and desires, and provides the best diving experience possible based on the conditions of the day and the characteristics of the diving site. They also provide the necessary assistance and support to ensure guests can enjoy diving with peace of mind.

  • Dive site selection taking into account sea conditions

    When we diving, we consider the ocean conditions and weather for three days before and after the planned date to select the best dive site. Sea conditions and weather are extremely important factors to consider in order to ensure the safety and comfort of diving. We check the ocean conditions for the next three days and consider wind direction, wind speed, wave height, tidal currents, etc. to determine the suitability of each dive site.

  • Prioritizing all guest requests

    We thoroughly understand the requests and demands of our guests and extract common and important points from them. Next, we select dive sites by considering the feasibility and priority of each request. When determining priorities, we take into account the guest's skills and experiences, preferences and interests, as well as the local sea and weather conditions. We aim to determine priorities while communicating thoroughly with our guests and provide them with a highly satisfying diving experience.
